To Denmark as R-704 on 7 June 1972.  This serial number is correct, RDAF already had an F-104G serialed R-703 at this time.  (R-703 later went to Taiwan as their serial 4415.)  Withdrawn from use in 1984.  Used as decoy at Karup Air Base.  To Vandel Airbase in 1986, used for battle damage training.  To Flyvemuseet Billund by 19992.  This museum closed in 1998, this aircraft to private owner.  Stored at Vandel, then at Karup Airbase by 2008, disassembled.  Moved to Maine in summer of 2012, reported destined for museum in Winnipeg.  Under restoration in Winnipeg by August 2012.

Served with Canadian Air Group at CFB Baden-Solingen, Germany.  Nearly crashed on 2 October 1981, during a maintenance test flight.  Improperly attached right wing leading edge flap partially detached shortly after takeoff, caused severe roll rate.  Pilto recovered, attempted approach, flap shifted again on final approach resulting in aircraft inverting at low altitude over a built up area.  Captain B. Reid recovered, landed successfully.  To Turkey on 20 February 1986, their serial 62-713.
