Built as civil Jetranger in 1981.  Registered in Canada to Great Slave Helicopters on 16 January 1998.  To Canadian Helicopters from 3 May 2001, used in Quebec.  Used at CFB Edmonton, to train Reserve crews by 408 (Tac Hel) Squadron.  Category A damage on 10 October 2001, during practice autorotations.  Attempted overshoot when auto was not stabilized at 100 feet, but instructor delayed start of overshoot.  Hit ground level, at over 60 knots, at high descent rate.  Bounced, tail boom struck by main rotor when low rotor RPM cyclic flare was attempted.  Completed 2 revolutions before landing on left side.  Aircraft came to rest with skid blocking door, crew exited by forcing open door and then extinguished small grass fire started by crash.  Aircraft deleted from civil register on 7 July 2004.

Built in 1978, as commercial Jetranger.  First registered in Canada to Toronto Helicopters, used in Labrador in late 1980s.  Ownership transferred to Canadian Helicopters on 24 November 2000, following purchase of Toronto Helicopters.  Used in Quebec by 2005.  To Allied Wings Holdings from 20 February 2007, permanent Certificate of Registration issued on 23 March 2007.  Used at CFB Edmonton, to train crews for 408 (Tac Hel) Squadron.
