Loaned to Saskatoon Aero Club.  Sold to F.R. Glass, Jr. of Prince Albert, Saskatchewan on 14 April 1939.  Damaged at Prince Albert on 19 May 1940 when a passenger accidently advanced the throttle while the aircraft was on the ground, aircraft taxied into fence.  Not repaired.

Ex RCAF 238, which see.  Civil registration issued for loan to Flying Clubs to train civilian pilots for the BCATP, aircraft remained RCAF property.  Used by the Aero Club of BC at Vancouver, Edmonton & Northern Alberta Aero Club, and the Moose Jaw Flying Club.  Note that several other RCAF Tiger Moths were loaned to flying clubs in the same time period, they were assigned civil registrations but it is not clear if they were actually marked.

 

last date: 1 May 1941 - Registration cancelled, returned to RCAF serial number
