Assembled from pieces of Canadian Army 10286 and 10287 (which see).  Assembled at CJATC, Rivers, Manitoba.  To Central Proving and Experimental Establishment at RCAF Station Uplands, Ontario on 15 November 1965.  Back to CJATC on 10 February 1966.  Owenrship to Mobile command on 26 September 1966, still at Rivers.  To No. 403 Squadron at CFB Petawawa, Ontario on 24 January 1972.  Pending disposal from 10 November 1972, still at Petawawa.  To College of Applied Arts and Technology at North Bay, Ontario (today called Canadore College) when struck off.  Later sold to an American who intended to restore aircraft to flightworthy condition for missionary work in Africa, no record this was completed.
