Ordered by USAAF as PT-24 42-1063; then to Lend-Lease as RAF FE199.  Operated by No. 34 Elementary Flying Training School Assiniboia, Saskatchewan, and at No. 19 EFTS at Virden, Manitoba.  Had 1586:10 airframe time when struck off.  Operated by Ottawa Flying Club as CF-COT.  No longer on register by 1982.
