Williams of Toronto, on 4 April 2000, as C-FDGC.  On display at RCAF Dunnsville Museum in Dunnsville, Ontario c.2000.  Also displayed at Canadian Warplane Heritage Museum, Hamilton, Ontario.  Still flown occasionally as late as 2006.  Converted to Tiger Moth post war, exact date unknown.

With No. 2 Wireless School at Calgary, Alberta at time of crash.  Crashed in the school yard of Big Springs School (in the Simmonds Valley near Calgary, Alberta).  Radio operator pupil, LAC Karl Mander, extracted himself from the wreckage, but re-entered the burning wreck to try to save the pilot.  Both subsequently died of burns.  LAC Mander, and Mrs. F. Walsh, a teacher from the school, both awarded George Cross for this event.
